Questions
Before you call
How is this different from a normal computer AMC?
A typical AMC sends someone after something breaks. We monitor your machines and network all the time, so most problems are fixed remotely before staff notice, and you get a report showing what we did.
Do you cover offices outside Ahmedabad?
Remote support works anywhere in India. On-site visits are included within Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar; for other Gujarat cities we quote travel separately.
Can you work with our existing Tally, CCTV or ISP?
Yes. We take over what you already have and only recommend replacing equipment that is failing or unsafe.
Is there a long contract?
The first term is three months. After that you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do you give GST invoices?
Yes, every plan and AMC is billed with a GST invoice so you can claim input tax credit.
